We are looking forward to welcome American citizens and affiliates to American soldiers in our practice. Our aim is to keep your teeth healthy and vital looking for a vibrant smile your whole life long.

We have a special bond to the military service. Felix Bönchendorf practiced in the German army as a soldier and a dentist for several years. His wife Manja Bönchendorf is still servicing German soldiers as a dentist in the barracks in Weiden.

As you can imagine we consider the dental health of affiliates to soldiers as a personal matter and we not only offer state-of-the-art dentistry but also family-friendly and warm service.

Dental Services

Professional Teeth Cleaning

Good oral hygiene helps to prevent cavities, tartar build-up, and gum disease. However, they can develop even with careful brushing and flossing. Professional teeth cleaning is performed by our dental hygienist and includes tooth scaling and tooth polishing and debridement.

Our dental hygienist recommends a professional teeth cleaning every six months. Only for patients suffering from periodontitis a shorter interval of three months is recommended.

Dental Check-up

Each treatment regime needs a complete diagnosis. This includes an elaborate interview, a clinical examination, and where required an x-ray. We strive to offer all patients a tailor made Treatment plan to suit their needs.

Restorative Dentistry

Our common goal is keeping your teeth. Modern, tooth-colored composite fillings are the means of choice for small cavities. Large cavities require ceramics inlays, which offer best esthetical results.

In some cases the root canal is infected by bacteria, thus we have to perform an endodontic treatment. For best results we utilize a dental microscope.

Periodontology

Periodontitis is a gum disease, affecting the tissues that surround and support the teeth. It involves progressive loss of the alveolar bone around the teeth, and if left untreated, can lead to loosening and subsequent loss of teeth.

We are committed in diagnosis and treatment of this disease in our practice.

Service

Our goal is a short waiting time for each patient. However, as long as you have to wait we offer you a cozy environment, interesting magazines, a TV set, free WiFi, and for the kids their own space. If you like you can also have a coffee after your appointment.

For your comfort we have car parking in front of the office and we are accessible for people with impairments.
